"Nice, spacious apartment in a quiet area, but poor service from Guest Ready. Guest Ready didn't meet us at the arranged check-in time (5-6pm). A cleaner let us in at 6pm, then Guest Ready asked us to leave while cleaning was finished. We reported a few issues: lack of basic utensils (e.g. spoons), loose doorknob, broken WC lock and a broken light switch. Guest Ready retained 146 euros from our deposit to fix the light switch. We received a message from Guest Ready's contact for the property that he understood this must have been a mistake and it would be sorted. We even called Guest Ready and they promised to investigate but we have not heard back. Very disappointing."

"The apartment was small but well renovated and well equiped Very close to the pistes and a super market Next to the bus stop for the navette to Tignes Le Lac"

"Building very run down No free wifi and the one paid available did not work well and was not in the apartment when we arrived or given to us with the apt keys and we had to go again to get it. Local travel agency not very friendly or accomodating. A bit far from the town centre, the central bus stop and most restaurants and the connecting elevators weirdly stop working 11pm to 6am."

"Just what we wanted, no fuss, enough space, very well equipped kitchen, good position close to the shops and the slopes, but quiet. The flat was warm but also had a balcony."

"The ski locker was fine but could have been a bit bigger as we had skis and two snowboards. However, is was very convenient to have a locker immediately outside the front door."
